I've had a few over the last many years but more relevantly I had one last month and one this month.

The first happened last month when I had gotten sick. When I get sick I have a tendency of finally eating well. Why? Well, if you know me, then you know I have too much iron and the only way to get rid of the excess iron is through blood removal. Bloodletting I call it hehe only without leeches. Although I think I might have an easier time with leeches than needles. It was the Halfway Dance and it took us about 1.75 hours to get there and then again to get back. Fortunately, our club rented a bus so we didn't all have to drive and then drive home tired. There were 26 other clubs there (I think). It's also a chance to not only dance with other dancers but to listen to other callers. A couple of things occurred.First, I found the jeans not too bad. And routine also means better eating habits. In 9 weeks of vacation without routine, it is so easy to munch and when you get bored (you can only do so much in that time period) you end up eating. Besides, my legs were feeling heavy from all that sitting. I'm only on a kitchen chair and I've been here since after lunch doing work for my mother.So I got off my butt and walked to the grocery store. Thankfully it stays open late. It was dusk when I left. I bought some romaine lettuce for more salad. Go me! That's down 3 lbs in two days. Yeah folks I weigh that much.
